You care about nutrition, movement, energy, body composition, and longevity. You’re informed, capable, and used to figuring things out. Which is why this feels so frustrating.
You start strong, then life happens. The tracking gets exhausting, the routine slips, advice conflicts, and suddenly you’re back to researching, restarting, and trying to be more disciplined.
The problem isn’t that you haven’t tried hard enough. It’s that you’ve been left to translate too much advice into a life that’s already full.
Does this resonate?
Santé bridges the gap between intention and execution.

I’m Aissata Himmelfarb, founder of Santé.
My background spans global health, behavior change, economics, and complex systems. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, learning how to turn complicated, high-stakes problems into practical systems people can actually use.
Wellness is one of those systems.
Food, movement, stress, health history, injuries, energy, habits, work, time, motivation, and identity all touch each other. Most women are expected to manage all of that alone. I built Santé because I do not think they should have to.
Today, I combine that systems-thinking background with specialized training and certification in health and wellness coaching, personal training, nutrition, yoga, and women’s fitness to build practical, evidence-led approaches that fit real life.
Meet Aissata.
